The FSDD is the one who brings opportunities to HMSA to expand it both generally and financially. The FSDD is HMSA's representative before sponsors, donors, and suppliers. The FSDD is responsible for two main tasks: Raising funds and supplying the committees with logistics. Starting from planning to implementation, the FSDD shall develop different strategies to raise or save money.
