The Local Public Helath officer (LPO) is responsible for the Standing Committee On Public Health (SCOPH).
The officer role is to apply strategic and operational planning, execution, control, monitoring, evaluation and project management standards and make an effort to fullfil his proposed plan of action.
The officer also has a great national responsibilities as they’re the direct contact between their local committee and the national officer
